Zumba is a Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow dance fitness workout that energises your body and lifts your mood. You’ll work all your major muscle groups while enjoying a high-energy cardio session that feels more like a night out than a workout.
At Brighton Zumba, we welcome all abilities, fitness levels, and ages (15+). You don’t need any dance experience — just come along, keep moving, and enjoy yourself.
Expect vibrant rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and samba, all set to infectious Latin and international beats that will keep you smiling from start to finish.

Meet Sherryn, Brighton Zumba's instructor
Hey! I’m Sherryn and I’ve been bringing the Zumba party to Brighton since 2011. Fifteen years later, I still love every single class as much as day one.
Before Zumba, I was a professional performer in musical theatre and hip hop dance, so movement, music, and energy have always been at the heart of what I do. Now, I’m lucky enough to still teach Zumba after all these years and I genuinely can’t imagine doing anything else.
Zumba is one of the most fun, uplifting, and effective ways to stay fit. Once you try it, you’ll understand why so many people keep coming back for more. Come join a class and see for yourself!
I’m a licensed Zumba Fitness Instructor (ZIN), a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals), fully insured, DBS checked and certified in sports first aid.
Over the years, I’ve been so proud to host many charity Zumbathons. Thanks to the kindness and energy of our amazing Zumba community, we’ve raised over £115,000 for the Martlets Hospice. It means so much to be able to dance together while supporting such an important local cause and we’re not stopping anytime soon!
